As-Salam-Alaikum!
It is officially #GivingTuesday which means it is the national day of generosity, and we hope CAIR-Houston is on your list of Nonprofit Organizations to give to! Through your generosity we will be able to start moving forward with community projects for 2019.
Insha’Allah that is set to include:
- Training for Texas Muslim Capitol Day.
- Scholarship for select students to join us in Washington for National Muslim Hill Day.
- Workshop facilitation throughout the masjids in Houston, especially in our smaller masjids that need the most education and empowerment.
- Field Trip projects for our youth in partnership with local museums and documentary film makers.
- Resources to take on legal cases for our community whose civil rights are being compromised due to discrimination.
Help us continue to serve the Greater Houston community and continue to grow in all that we can offer!
